Katie Rosen

Associate Principal | Director of Operations

Katie Rosen is at the center of JAMA’s management team. She originally joined JAMA as a marketing specialist, and after a brief hiatus to complete her MBA at UCLA, returned to the firm as Director of Business Operations. In her current role, Katie conceives and manages operational policies and initiatives aimed at efficiency in order to keep employees productive, clients satisfied, and costs down. Her background and personality lend to her capacity to wear numerous hats in a role that overlaps human resources, staffing management, business development, marketing, and finance.

Outside of the office, Katie is an avid reader, traveler, and a doting mom to a furry family dog.
