Principal

As one of John A. Martin & Associates’ code specialists and technical champions, Justin Chung applies his expertise to healthcare and education projects across California. His portfolio of successfully completed projects includes K-12, community college, higher education and HCAi/OSHPD facilities. Over his 18+ year tenure with our firm, he has established long-standing relationships with HCAi/OSHPD and DSA, gaining a reputation for thoroughness, collaborative problem-solving, and maintaining composure and a positive attitude.

Internally, Justin serves as a technical resource to engineering and drafting teams, providing expertise on code applications and structural systems, and constantly developing and maintaining libraries on standards, details, and best practices firmwide.

Outside of the office, Justin is focused on his home and his family, running constantly to keep up with his two children. When he does have a break, he enjoys traveling and working on home improvement projects.
