With over a decade of industry experience, Grace is a strategic asset for John A. Martin & Associates, where she assists and leads the team in project pursuits. Prior to joining the team, she honed her skills in various roles, including business development, program & project management, design management, and drafting. This breadth of experience allows her to bridge the gap between business development and operations, creating value for both the team and clients. Grace has a proven track record of success across both the public and private sectors, having worked across diverse fields such as Aviation, Civic, Entertainment, Education, and Commercial Real Estate. In her current role, she leads efforts to secure new clients and cultivate long-term relationships with existing ones, ensuring John A. Martin & Associates’ continued growth and success

Outside of the office, Grace enjoys playing indoor and outdoor volleyball, golf, and snowboarding. As an avid traveler, she’s always seeking new adventures, and enjoys unwinding with a good whiskey or a glass of wine.
