Anthony Trgovcich

Associate Principal

Anthony Trgovcich is a skilled and innovative engineer who looks to apply new technologies and approaches in order to improve processes resulting in optimized structural solutions. His passion for structural analysis, both linear and nonlinear, has led him to devote countless hours developing structural analysis software that integrates design capabilities so that engineers can perform their work more efficiently. He brings over a decade of experience applying his expertise to a wide range of projects, including new low, mid, and high-rise buildings, exhibition venues, academic/institutional structures, and public infrastructure. Additionally, his expertise extends to complex and nuanced rehab and reuse projects, including seismic retrofits and full renovations.

Internally, Anthony leads JAMA’s Advanced Technology initiatives, developing computational design tools utilizing C# and C++, implementing these tools into our production workflow through integration with Rhino and Grasshopper. Anthony’s engineering background paired with his expertise in software development and 3D modeling allows him to delve into complex forms and geometries and cultivate practical and efficient solutions for his clients.

A lifelong outdoors enthusiast, outside of the office Anthony enjoys whitewater rafting, skiing, mountain biking and backpacking.
