Today, 42% of our workforce is female, more than double the industry average of 17%. We are committed to continuing to build a workplace where women can grow, lead, and shape the future of our industry.

One way we support this is through the JAMA Women’s Mentorship Group. Through quarterly meetings, female leaders connect, share insights on mentorship and leadership, and discuss the challenges and opportunities within our field while strengthening a supportive professional network.
