Did someone say affordable housing?

Construction on 711 S New Hampshire is in full swing! This affordable housing project includes the adaptive reuse of a historic mansion into affordable housing. This building will include housing units on the upper floors with amenities, community room, and lobby, with supportive and case management programs on the ground floor.

The new addition adjacent to the existing building is a 6-story multi-family residential building, with one subterranean level, an elevated concrete podium and five levels of wood framing.

Parbi Boodaghian, SE and Charlotte Sendek, EIT were on site observing progress on the third floor. We are so excited to see this project take shape!
