We had a great time connecting with peers and colleagues at last week’s NCSEA Structural Engineering Summit!

A special shoutout to Kimberly Carden and Kimberly Pacheco, who presented “The Mental Load of Leadership: Planning, Pressure, and Performance” with Angelina V. Stasulis from Shear Structural. Their session shed light on the often-invisible cognitive work behind project management, execution, and success. The team shared practical strategies for improved workflows of these responsibilities to support more balanced, successful, and effective teams.

We’re also proud to celebrate our LUMEN West LA project, recognized as a finalist in the 2025 NCSEA Excellence in Structural Engineering Awards for Renovation/Adaptive Reuse.
