Another LAUSD job in the books!

Amoroso Construction recently completed the Amestoy Elementary School Portable Replacement Project in Gardena for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Lead by our Architecture partner, CSDA Design Group, John A. Martin & Associates, Inc. designed the structural system for this 24,000-square-foot, two-story classroom building, replacing 12 outdated portable classrooms.

The project also included transforming a large, underutilized blacktop area into outdoor classrooms, play areas, and on-grade parking to provide better learning environments and access. Our understanding of processes, building codes, and teamwork approach enabled successful relationships with DSA plan reviewers, district engineers, and inspectors.
