JAMA was thrilled to join the 2025 SEAOSC Leadership Symposium with our fellow industry leaders! The event brought together participants from a wide range of organizations and committees, including SEAOSC, SEAONC, SEAONC SE3, AIA, WiSE, WWT, and Lean In.
Through engaging presentations and panel discussions, the symposium empowered women in structural engineering to explore key topics such as leadership for women and underrepresented groups, strategic networking, professional growth, creating a safe and respectful workplace, and enhancing employee engagement and retention. It was inspiring to see so many dedicated professionals come together to share experiences and strategies for advancing women in our field.
