Tenant Improvements

JAMA has extensive experience in the specialized area of structural design for tenant improvement work. This work includes the analysis of the structure to determine design load capacities for the intended loadings of computer equipment, libraries, safes, files, mechanical and electrical equipment; structural design modifications to accommodate loads which exceed the design load capacity of the structure; structural design modifications to accommodate openings and penetrations for stairs, elevators, mechanical and electrical systems, and skylights; structural design of architectural features such as hardscaping of landscaping and support for operable partitions and demising walls; and structural design of additional mezzanine and access floors. In addition to providing tenant improvement structural services for buildings designed by our firm, we provide these services for building projects that were designed by others.
