Floor Vibration Analysis

Utilizing sophisticated computer software, the experienced structural engineers at JAMA routinely provide efficient and feasible solutions for the most complex vibration problems. JAMA has developed unique proprietary computer software for vibration analysis and design. This software for finite element analysis of three-dimensional acoustic systems may be used, for example, to evaluate and optimize the acoustic performance of sound-sensitive arenas such as concert halls and theaters. One of the most widely consulted references on the subject, the AISC publication Design Practice to Prevent Floor Vibrations, was written by Farzad Naeim of our office.
