BACKGROUND As president of John A. Martin & Associates, Mr. Martin is in responsible charge of all structural design and production services provided by the firm. He has 26 years of experience in structural engineering design and project management. His participation and involvement in all of the firm's projects includes oversight of the structural design teams, allocation and commitment of the firm's resources, budget and scheduling, and quality review to ensure that the structural systems designed optimally meet both design and structural/seismic requirements.
