A 3-acre academic quad includes a corrugated steel and concrete masonry structure in a u-shape with administration services, a library, lecture space, and shared classrooms on the first floor and individual classrooms on the second floor. Across a steel pedestrian bridge spanning busy Hill Street, a 6-acre athletic quad includes a gymnasium, playing fields, a track, and faculty parking for 142 cars.
