Ms. Chao Ying Luo - General Manager of Beijing Office
罗女士于一九八八年十一月加入约翰马丁结构设计集团公司，主要负责海外工程，在中国亲自主持的工程有上海的三十八层全钢结构的世界广场，四十二层钢混结构的上海期货大厦，二十八层钢筋混凝土结构远东大厦，三十二层混凝土结构的宏艺公寓住宅楼，均已投入使用。上海东海广场一栋五十二层及四十二层钢混结构的办公楼，正在施工，五十层全钢结构巨型斜撑体系的二十一世纪大厦，全部施工图作好待建，天津六十八层天津国贸中心全钢结构，目前施工到三十四层，罗女士不但有美国的设计经验同时也非常熟悉中国的设计规范。
Ms. Luo, as principal, will serve as General Manager and will be directly responsible for all projects produced out of our Beijing office. She will be the direct day-to-day point of contact for these projects, responsible for structural analysis and design, specifications, project coordination, and team management. Ms. Luo, with hands-on experience in the United States and Internationally including China and the Fareast, will be an asset to our clients. Her current knowledge of China conditions, customs, and requirements are invaluable. A member of the John A. Martin & Associates, Inc. staff, Ms. Luo has more than 19 years of experience in structural engineering design and project management. This experience encompasses a diverse array of project types including high-rise buildings, hotels, parking structures, office buildings, convention centers, and subway stations; as well as renovations and seismic evaluations. Her experience with value engineering on previous projects will be utilized in the preliminary project design stages to ensure a cost efficient structural solution that will support the desired architectural design.
