5 Lagunas Breaks Ground

5 Lagunas, the 926,000 SF mixed-use retail destination on the site of the original Lagunas Hills Mall, broke ground on August 5th. The first stores are expected to open in summer 2018, and during the project’s second phase, developers will build nearly 1,000 luxury apartments. The project is being designed as an urban village that city officials say will be a community gathering spot and countywide destination.
